Platinum Life - Cancer Cover

Recently, my policy came up for its annual review & being a pensioner with limited funds, I realised that I would not be able to afford & sustain the increased premiums. I requested a cancellation of my policy. Platinum Life's, very friendly consultant, Farhana advised me of another option with a reduced premium, which I accepted. Subsequently, I incurred some other medical costs which would be another monthly expense, making even the reduced premium a problem. I requested a 2nd cancellation. Farhana called me again, with further options at an even lower premium, which I accepted & am thankful to her for having at least some cancer cover. Farhana's very friendly & patient approach is highly commendable. Thank you Saeeda E Patel
