Platinum life- best call centre

I am not very fond of calling call centres in general. I believe that most call centre agents are extremely rude and have no customer service/phone etiquette, not to mention they do not even know the product! But not Platinum Life.. I have been with Platinum Life for a long time and each time I have to call them to query something, I am greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable consultant. No matter what my query, my questions are answered with the utmost professionalism and I am always left feeling satisfied and that I actually matter to the company. If they say I can expect an email in 10 minutes, that's exactly when I'll receive it. They keep their word, which means alot. Well done Platinum Life for only having the best on your team and for training them to put the customer first! Its an absolute pleasure dealing with your professional and friendly agents. Definitely keeping this policy for a loooong time :-) Keep up the amazing service.
