Sent Platinum life an email asking for a premium holiday due to me not working during the lockdown. Monica from Platinum life contacted with regards to my email and she was pleasant and efficient and got what I needed done quickly and professionally. And this is not the first time i have requested something to be done with my policy and Platinum Life have always gone over and beyond to.help me.
