These guys are ******, they activate a Debit order before you even accepted their product and befor even receiving the quote and documents for you to review, be careful of them they try to catch with giving free gifts and asking for your banking details, i was really considering using them , but this is ***** and not great business parctice to activate Debit order Mandate before you accepted their product, even when i explicitly mentioned in the conversation that i want to review everything before we proceed, ****** i tell you

I have received your review and would like to provide some feedback regarding this matter.
The notification is a Debicheck mandate from your bank. This is just a notification confirming that you have a debit order with Platinum Life and that you are aware of this. It is not a debit order submitted to your account.
When you consent to take out the policy with Platinum Life, the mandate is sent out as well as your policy documentation. You have a 30 day review period to go through it and the policy will only start on the date confirmed in the call.
I have requested the call made to you regarding the policy, to hear what was advised and explained by the sales consultant. I have also asked our sales team to ensure that nothing is issued out in your name
