Platinum Life and their staff went the extra mile in assisting me with my queries. Samantha Barnard was kind, patient with me and very attentive. Her knowledge of my policy and understanding of my situation was excellent. Her friendly manner was perfect and she put me at ease immediately and I was made to feel safe, heard and confidant in her abilities. Thank you
