You are the reason the Popi Law was created, yet you find a crafty way of using your telesales to manipulate your most vulnerable customers. In this case it was my eldery mum, early stages of dementia...and I am absolutely shocked that you get away with this. I'll report you wherever I can for allowing your customers to be so misled. It is like daylight ******* and I wish your company did not ever exist, as I am sure this has happened to many more people. It is unacceptable.
