What I have a problem with, is the fact that misrepresentation has become the norm here, telemarketing, using cancer insurance as the key sales pitch, linking "free" items to lure people into believing that this Company is legitimate, however without our prior approval, deduct funds from our account. So, case of ***** filed and the Ombudsman informed as to the misleading practices under the 'Consumer Protection Act', by Platinum Life and The Box Fashion. Previous emails are commented with vague and in some cases missing facts to substantiate the arguments. This organisation has no intention to operate a legal entity, but has shown misleading and ********** behaviour to date.
