Platinum Life **** about my accidental cover! they took my money for years!
Good day, my husband had a policy through Platinum Life for a couple of years, paying over R1200 each month, which he cancelled. he then had a motorcycle accident, and he contacted them regarding his accidental cover. they told him he didn't have. He now receives a phone call stating he HAD accidental cover???? how??? Then who is lying here? He paid Years to Platinum life.

I have received your review and I have reached out to Mr Nel regarding his policy.
Kindly note that he did have an Accidental Disability benefit with Platinum Life, which would have covered him for anything violent and unforeseen that led to a permanent disability. Anything that occurred after the policy was cancelled, would not be covered but I don't have any record of him contacting our team regarding an accident. I am following up on this.
Please keep an eye out for an email from our team. Our claims team will gladly have a look at the reports and advise accordingly
