Platinum Life
I've on numerous occasions told Platinum Life not to increase my premiums. In October 2021 my debit order were R777.17 now in November it is R854.89, how now. They always make it clear that the call is recorded. I would like to listen to the recording where I told their marketing pain in the .... not to increase the premiums.
They totally disregard everything you tell them.

As discussed, please note that there was no upgrade on your policy but your yearly inflation increase occurs in December. The inflation cant be removed but I am glad that I was able to help with adjusting the policy.
