Platinum Life
Platinum Life delivered a policy document to my home . My wife suffered from a tumour behind her ear. Platinum Life refused to pay me even though the policy did not state which part of the body it will pay out . This is unfair

I am sorry to hear about your wife’s diagnosis and wish her all the best for her recovery.
Please note that our policies only cover the following female cancers (as confirmed in the sales call and policy documentation): Breast, Cervix, Fallopian Tubes, Ovaries, Bladder, Kidney, Uterus and ******* cancer.
We would not be able to pay out for a benefit that is not covered under our policy unfortunately.
