I would like to say thank you to Joni from Platinum Life for contacting me after i wanted to cancel my policy due to the covid we had financial problems,she phoned me and explain that i dont' have to cancel my policy they will put it on hols for a month or 2 and reduce my monthly payment,i was so greatfull i could not believe that would suggest something like that,thank you Joni
