Thank you Platinum Life, you have been amazing along side me every step of my Breast Cancer Journey. From the first moment I signed up with Jacques, he took me through the policy, explained the T’s & C’s in his very friendly and calming way, with his little hint of humour that helped me make such an important decision that day. Never in a kazillion years did I ever think I would be the one being diagnosed with Cancer. I had totally forgotten about my Platinum Policy and while going through my treatments hubby and I where chatting and he said what about your Policy. So I phoned, filled out the documents, there where a few back and forths and then I got the email to say my policy would be paid out. Such a relief as this did help me and my family overcome some of the ever mounting medical bills. Then Leandi called and checked in on me, I received the most beautiful gift from Platinum Life, PJ’s, slippers, reading material, book mark, sun hat, hand cream, granola cereal, green tea and a beautiful scarf. Everything a woman loves and needs. Such a thoughtful package. Your service has been outstanding.
