Chane from Platinum contacted me with regards to upgrading my Platinum Cancer policy. I explained to her that at stage I cannot afford the upgrade. She so kindly helped review what I already had and even managed to work out a slightly less monthly premium for me. Just for doing this with her I still received a beautiful bottle of perfume. Such a kind and caring person. This company is really a caring one.
