Phoned 3 times but never received my gift even after Querying this?????
I have been phone 3 TIMES however never receive my gift?? After querying this I just get told to contact someone else.

As discussed a sms with a 50% gift voucher was sent to you on the 13th of December 2017. This also included promotional female cancer cover valid until the 2nd of August 2018. You were the again nominated by another friend on the 18th of March 2018, but as you already received the promotional pack in December 2017 your details was marked as a duplicate.
I have however arranged that this sms with all the relevant information be sent to you again.
