Outstanding Service

I had a problem with debit orders that has gone off my bank account for some time now and the bank could not sort this out. I contacted Platinum Life as they were involved and the matter was resolved in excellent time! The person that assisted us was Keabetswe Maubane (Platinum Life) and I was really impressed by this lady and her follow-up & swift reply. The refund of monies of the inquired matters was done within 3 days after the complaint was lodged. Thank you very much for your immediate reaction & for solving this problem. This lady is an example of excellent service and SA can do with people like this!! Thank you Keabetswe, I salute you!!!!
