On Wednesday I recived a call from platinum life, and amongst the chaos of life Shaunas voice came through the line to inform me my policy was outstanding and I the overwhelming stress of everything I felt completely defeated and this angle came through completely understanding and offer me different options in this time and helped me get at least that one stressful situation under control with complete professionalism and understanding definitely an amazing agent representative for platinum life
