On 26 January, someone from Platinum Life called me and did the sign-on procedures. Until the 6th of Feb, I still didn't have any policy documents. I emailed the info address found on the website to assist me with the policy documents. I was scared I shared my details with a ****mer on 26 January since I haven't received any communication after the call or that I agreed to something that might look different on the policy document. However, today, 7 February, Junita Van Coller, a Client Care Consultant from the Email Division, assisted in providing these documents to me within a day of requesting it. I'm really happy with the assistance that I received from Junita.
