Not so impressed with the service,,, recarding the refund of the amount that was reduced this month. Still waiting for the refund in my account 😒

Kindly note that the refund has been submitted, and we are currently awaiting confirmation from the bank. Once this has been received, the refund is scheduled to be paid on 4 June 2026.
You are also welcome to send through a bank statement reflecting the successful deduction, which may assist in expediting the refund process.
