Not doing their jobs
Phoned last week i said i havent recieved the email with new documents. They asked do i want vouchers etc i said no. Today once again im phoned by a agent with the same ig voucher etc etc. She was quite rude. Dont phone me with this i have said no to your partnets numerous times. I only want the policy and if you continue with these calls i will cancell everything
