Consultant Leandi Schoonies has phenomenal people skills. The way in which she works with clients speaks of humanity and endearment. One feels really heard by her and the kindness and care she takes to do something as simple as to send a care package to a client who just got diagnosed with cancer, following up on their wellbeing and celebrating with them when they are clean. Things like this changes one's whole perspective of a company and it's people. Well done!
