So I am a bit confused as to how I feel about Platinum Life and their free gifts... I was contacted well over a month ago with regards of receiving a free gift. While the agent was really friendly and did his job well, he did ask me a question that I found a bit overwhelming. While we were talking, the question came up what I do for a living. After answering he, he tells me he is studying to do the same and is almost done with his studies. He continues with his routine questions and right before I hang up, he asks me how much I earn "as a marketing question"

Really? How is that relevant to a gift coming from Platinum Life?

Please do me a favour and listen to your agents' calls every now and again, Platinum Life.

Anyway, for the life of me I can not remember his name. I just know I am STILL waiting for whatever was supposed to be delivered to me.

We do ask various types of question which are used for market research.

Thank you for your reply. However, I hope you understand my paranoia with the question. He says he is studying the same thing I do for a living and that question pops up. It might have been a coincidence that he had that marketing question.. but ******** are everywhere these days and you can never be too careful. So I just had to make sure that you as a company are aware of your agents and it is indeed something they have to ask :)
