Non response to my cancellation request
I requested my policy to be cancelled on Monday 27 April, and up until today am still waiting on confirmation of cancellation. They are so quick to call you to sell you the policy or upgrade you, but doesn’t give a hoots when you request to cancel. I saw bad reviews on their payout claims and I was given incorrect information when they sold the policy to me 12 yrs ago. Yes I have been a loyal for 12 years, haven’t skipped one payment and this is the treatment you get when you want to cancel. I will use this money and rather pay it into my retirement annuity. I will not recommend Platinum life to anyone if know

Your cancellation request was processed by our email department on the 29th of April 2020. Our cancellation team is in contact within 3-5 working days for the legal closure, but as we were not open on public holidays or weekends, they have not had a chance to call you yet.
