Non payment of policy
Been paying my cancer policy for 10 years. Had bladder cancer so bad that it was removed completely in June this year and they still refuse to pay me out!!! It started as 1 tumour in November 2014 and, by April 2015, had grown to over 30. They say this does not constitute their definition of cancer but when a rep phoned my college today to try and sell her a policy, he specifically told her bladder cancer WAS covered and was shocked when he heard my story. ***** and misrepresentation aplenty here!!!!
