No cover No gift

Hi.....2 months back I received a call from platinum life call center saying I was referred by a friend to receive a free gift, just because I refused to take a cover with her she never send it. Again a week Again I received a call from a guy from platinum life he promised to send the gift to me, but just because I rejected to take the cover he never send it. At the beginning of the conversation it was mentioned that I was nomited to receive a gift. No cover No gift. False information
