NO CONSENT, NO RESPONSE. RIDICULOUS!

I received a phone call from a sales rep not a few months ago about Platinum Life.<br> <br> While she was explaining I was very busy so I informed her I was INTERESTED and she must send me more information.<br> <br> To my surprise NOTHING came.<br> In the month of April I was doing a statement clean in my bank accounts to my shock I have been charged every month since that phone call.<br> No signature no approval NOTHING. Completely *******.<br> <br> I called in then in the BEGINNING of April and sent 3 emails. I was told by the rude lady on the phone I must sign a page confirming I want an account cancellation and my money for April will be refunded. DONE, two weeks later I have had no response, nothing at all. I CALLED AGAIN on the 28th of April and was told she didn't receive anything? For the sake of peace i sent it through AGAIN AND AGAIN.<br> <br> What has infuriated me the most is now we are in May and ANOTHER deduction has been taken off my account!!!!! <br> <br> This is just ridiculous! No responses come through and money just keeps getting taken off!<br> <br> I emailed AGAIN saying its still going off and I want this month and last month REFUNDED! <br> <br> NO RESPONSE.<br> <br> I went from being very interested to now thinking of my lawyer.
