Never Ending Calls
Dear Platinum Life,
I understand that cold calling is a way to generate income but when a client says "give me the cheapest option to just get you to leave me alone" you must realize you are now being a pain more than anything else. All the woman in my family have complained about how your call center harass them a few times a week if not a few times a day.
Cancel the policy taken by my wife (Policy No: ********** ) and remove her number from your system. Or stick it up on a wall for your guys to never call again. Ensure my number is added to this list of 'never to be called' aswell.
I will ask the other ladies for their input and add their numbers to the never call list aswell once my Wifes number has been removed/blocked/deleted to ensue you do not bother her again.
