My policy was on the verge of lapsing
My policy was on the verge of lapsing. I informed Platinum life that i would like to cancel my policy as i am no longer employed. Even though i knew i did not want to, but a very sweet lady by the name of Arcel Coetzee called me and gave me an alternative. They wrote off my arrears and gave me another chance. She is definately an asset and has given me peace of mind. She really does her job well by retaining clients.
