My polict was behind wit one premium as I changed the bank,I then called yesterday to enquire and make arrangements for deductions,the consultant or agent assisted me was very professional and advise me if I have funds now I can make EFT payment she is going to send me banking details ,which she did .There were 2 options of paying now or double deductions. I then opted to pay now ,she also amends debit order details .She knows her job well and very professional.
