My last call was from a lady, I'm not sure of her name, ai my memory is kapoet sometimes 😂😂😂 she was super awesome and patient. I could understand her clearly and had answered all my questions. You see I wanted to cancel my policy due to financial reasons, but she explained to me how important it is to have this policy and still giving me the freedom to choose 😁 she helped me to adjust my monthly payment so that we could recover financially and then after 6 months I would have a opportunity to increase my payment again, 😁 that is truely super awesome and I will not be cancelling my membership. This is the first time I ever had aney policy so I am so happy that this lady phoned me, she definitely gets more than 2 thumbs up 🤗 I only wish I could remember her name 🙈😅
