I promptly received the claim forms and as soon as they received it I received a phone call from Shandri informing me of the process. I also received e-mails. She also kept me informed while the processing was taking please and notified me immediately when everything was finalised. Shandri was always friendly and respectful. Always willing to assist in any way she could. The company can be proud to have her as an employee.
