My claim was handle professionally and timeously. Landi and the platinum Life team kept me updated through the whole process which was a god send during this stressful time. I always thought I would never use this policy but as the saying goes never say never . I am so grateful that I had this policy in place . Thumbs up 👍 Michaelle Evans
