Morning ... I have been with platinum life for more than 10 years and have not claimed yet (By God's grace) The premium was getting a bit high for me, I phoned the centre and was assisted by Tumi, in less than 5 minutes she lowered my premium to what I could afford and explained the current cover I Was expecting a Loooooong explanation and reasons as to why I should not down grade BUT She listened and assisted suiting both my financial and cover needs 🌹
