Money *****ers

Platinu Life underwritten by guardrisk are a bunch of ******, who take your premiums every month without any qualms, knowing full well that they are not going to pay out when it comes to making a claim. I will make sure that every website, online media or by mouth will know how we have been treated. Kept waiting for months, on the edge of losing our house because my husband is unable to work. I have no actual harsh words for them. Just a warning, as they are very pro-active on telephone adverstising. I hope they all feel what this feels like, then maybe they will stop their thievery.

Dear Platinum Life

Thank you so much for regardring me as a client, but it is now 10 March 2017 and as I much expected I have not heard from anyone regarding this. Do not try and fob off people posting on here by telling them they can improve your service, when your service is NON EXISTANT.

Dear Mrs Martin,

I apologise for the delay in my response.

An accidental disability claim was submitted by your husband and according to the medical reports submitted to Platinum Life your husband does not represent with any permanent disability as defined by us.

The decision to decline your claim was not taken lightly and your claim was assessed according to the terms and conditions of your policy.

Please feel free to contact me directly on *** should you wish to discuss the matter further.
