May I have contract before you start deducting ( need to read it well before I sign)

I had the best and patient consultant/rep. Explained my concerns to Ntokozo Masina and he did his best to assist. My concern still lies in that a mandate was sent to my bank before I formally sign off the agreement. I have no problem with amount, and cover, just do not like the order of operations and was very clear in my conversation with Ntokozo. I respect that's how you conduct your business but I'm not happy to sign off a debit mandate before I sign a black and white contract. Matshidiso Ngwenya sent me a clear email to try to explain the cover but still that's not a contract, you said you can only send the contract after I give you my ID number and bank account of which I obliged but I still need the written contact before you start deducting money from my account otherwise I'd rather cancel the whole thing. I expressed my personal concerns and would appreciate your consideration, contract 1st and once fully happy with every fine print we begin. Immediately got mandate that doesn't sit well with me before I need to read and sign terms and conditions. You obviously record as I was told so I also need a written record. Thank you.
