Mandelee van Rooyen has been amazing in handling my husband's claim
Mandelee van Rooyen has been amazing in handling my husband's claim. She has been professional, gave regular feedback via email and SMS. And she went out of her way to help obtain a specialis report directly from the provider to complete the claim. It has been a very tough time for our family and Mandelee has taken away the stress of at the time of managing a claim of this nature.
