Lowering Policy Amount
I sent a mail asking for assistance regarding lowering the amount of my policy. She almost immediately responded asking what i could afford. I then rep**** with the amount and she then got back to me with the updated amount and also what this would pay out. She was really helpful and has such a great attitude, thanks Denae Brown.
