Lovely customer service

I would like to compliment Platinum Life on their good customer service and for being so accommodating. I called them last month and queried about pausing my policy during the lockdown period, and also about decreasing the premium, as it had gotten a bit high over the years (I have been a client for 12 years now)

Anke Erasmus called me back with a new policy quote and confirmation that my policy had been paused as requested. She was lovely and helpful over the phone and in the mean time I have received my documents.

The whole process was easy and painless, which is so rare these days. I really appreciate that.
