I could reply to her email later that evening and was happy with the continued support and understanding as I was going through a financial situation for the past 3 months . Happy that I could continue with my policy as I been with them for more the 15 years. happy and peace of mind on my side as I was not just a policy holding but a woman taking care of life hiccups in life .
