Lenice - my guardian angel and helper

I would like to say a special thanks to Lenice from Platinum for actually listening to why I wanted to cancel my policy. She understood that during these hard times we all would like to save where we can, but it is also important that we need to take care of ourselves as well. She reassured me that I don't have to cancel my policy, but she will make my premium lower so I could afford it for now during this pandemic that is affecting all of us.
