Lenice allowed me to schedule (and reschedule thrice) before we could actually talk about my request
Lenice allowed me to schedule (and reschedule thrice) before we could actually talk about my request. She was very sympathetic and accommodating. She managed to ease my anxiety with grace. Thank you Lenice
