Leandi Schoonees a client experience super star!
Leandi Schoonees was extremely professional and helpful during our claim process. She was empathetic, and understood what my husband was faced with and going through. She sympathised and provided guidance during the process. We were kept informed of the status of our claim until the process was concluded. She focused on delivering superior client service. She made it easy for us to submit a claim and it felt like we were engaging with a family member. Thank you Leandi for demonstrating care and compassion during a difficult time. You are a star!
