Excellent service from claims administrator (Landi Van Rensburg) . Sent email to claims @ platinum life received a response within 5 minutes that my first email was not received but the second email which was a continuation of the first was received. My response and subsequent emails were also attended to within less than 5 minutes and this is amazing service. Such a pleasant experience
