I recently tried to cancel my policy from Platinum Life due to financial reasons. Spoke to lady named Landi Grobler. She was very helpful and understanding of what I was going through. Instead of cancelling the policy she asked if it was okay lowering my monthly premium to a more affordable amount cause she didn't want me to lose all the benefits I've accumulated over the duration I had the policy.
