Kudos to Lauren
I recently reached out to Platinum Life on 30 December 2025 to cancel my policy due to financial constraints.
The Customer Care Consultant, Lauren Davis, was a breath of fresh air! She's professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Instead of cancelling my 17-year policy, she let me know that my Cashback benefits will be paid out in November 2026. Cancelling would've meant missing out on a huge payout. All sorted now! 🙌 Thanks, Platinum Life, and thanks, Lauren!
