Juanita van Niekerk is a superstar. After wanting to cancel my policy I had a call from her and she changed my mind immediately because she was kind and understood why I wanted to cancel. I'm happy to report that because of her, I am still a Platinum Life policy holder. Wonderful customer service 👏 👌 👍 😀
