My experience and service from Platinum life Consultant Juanita was very professional and helpful. She was very patient to understand my query and concerns with wanting to cancel my service with them. In the end I stayed on as a client as I was made aware of why my policy was so important. She also tried to assist me financially with my monthly installment. I am happy that Juanita called me as I have no problem with the policy as I know it covers me for the future
