JASMIN'S SERVICE EXCELLENCE

In this day and age service is hard to come by, let alone good service. I am a fairly new client of Platinum Life, having experienced some difficulties with my policy as a result of my personal situation as media consultant and evangelist. The coronavirus pandemic has had a devastating effect on both parts of my life, but amidst it all, I received a call from Jasmin at Platinum Life. Having received a gift at first and later a second, which I felt was sold to me under pressure, I explained the situation to Jasmin. She sorted out all these issues and also attended to my policy needs. The friendly, courteous way in which she conducted the conversation and handled and resolved the problem, is an example of professionalism which should serve as an example for all in South Africa.
