Jasmin Phoned me regarding my arrears of my policy due to financial stress. I can continue with the policy at a lower fee for now and still be covered. She was very understanding towards my situation and I could feel her empathy over the phone. Thank you Jasmin, you are an amazing person 🤗🤗
