I was somewhat irate and not in the best of moods by the time I reached her on the line. Her calm professionalism and expert knowledge in dealing with irate customers helped me achieve what I called for. She certainly saved my long-term relationship with Platinum Life from ending that day. Thank you Chrysanthea Pillay
