I've had a great experience with Platinum Life

I've had a great experience with Platinum Life. I was referred by a friend to join an insurance plan. The agents were so polite when speaking to me and explaining their policies, never losing their patience when I asked for any repeat explanations. I had emailed them last week on wanting to downgrade my insurance plan, and i was impressed that they responded back within the same day, and by after three days they called me and the issue was resolved. I'm very appreciative with how they empathize with their clients, and how they go out of their way to take care of them as well with sending vouchers for skincare and perfume for their clients to be spoilt. It truly is a great investment and a great pleasure to know that a company is built on strong values and actually can stand on their word and provide for you back as a client. 10/10 would recommend.
